Where is my order?

Every order gets a dispatch email with a tracking link. UK orders normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days; international takes a little longer. If it has been longer than expected, pop your order number into the form on the right and we will chase it for you.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

We pack orders fast, so the window to amend is short. Send us your order number and what you would like to change in the form on the right. We will catch it if it has not shipped, and walk you through a return or exchange if it has.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. We ship UK, EU, US, Australia and most of the rest of the world. UK delivery is free over £75. Other countries see the live rate at checkout, with duties calculated where applicable. If you can checkout, we deliver to you!

I'm not sure what size I am

Book a free 15-minute video fitting with a MAAREE fitter. You can book before you buy or after your bra arrives. It is the fastest way to be sure on size, and it is how most of our customers shop now. See our fitting booking page or size guide.

My size is out of stock. When are you restocking?

On the product page, tap the size you are after and hit 'Notify me when back in stock'. You will get an email the moment it returns into stock. However, due to the popularity of our styles we do run out quite quickly.

How do I start a return?

Unworn bras with tags can be returned within 30 days for a refund, or exchanged for a different size. Start a return through our returns page.

My bra has a fault. What do I do?

Our 12-month build guarantee covers manufacturing defects on every bra you bought from us. Send your order number and a photo of the fault via the form on the right and we will repair or replace.

I've sent my return back. Have you received it?

Once your tracking shows the parcel as delivered, allow two working days for us to process. You will get an email confirmation when the refund or exchange is on its way. If it has been longer than that, drop us a note with the tracking number.
